You can replace the creator on a video with another creator from your agency, any time before the video is approved.

Steps

  1. Open the campaign and find the video.
  2. Open the video’s menu and click Change Creator.
  3. Pick a reason and click Submit.
  4. Pick another creator from your list and click Send request on their card.
  5. Confirm.
The new creator is assigned right away.
Assign a new creator right awayIf you close the list without picking a creator, the video no longer has a creator. It goes back to the available videos, and anyone can take it.
