# Track your campaign and videos

> Everything about your campaign lives on two pages: the campaign page (all your videos at a glance) and the video page (one video in detail).

Everything about your campaign lives on two pages: the **campaign page** (all your videos at a glance) and the **video page** (one video in detail).

## The campaign page

Open [**Campaigns**](https://app.stllr.network/campaigns) and select a campaign. It has two tabs:

* **Campaign details** — the campaign brief: description, niche, country, product delivery.
* **Deliverables** — a table with one row per video.

### The deliverables table

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Videos** | The video name and its video file status. |
| **Type** | The video type. |
| **Creators** | The assigned creator. Shows **Matching you with the right creators** after you submit the brief, until one joins. |
| **Scripts** | The script status. |
| **Product delivery** | **In Shipment** or **Delivered**, when a product is involved. |
| **Actions** | A menu of things you can do. |

### Script and video statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Pending** | Nothing submitted yet. |
| **Pending Approval** | Submitted and waiting for your review. |
| **Changes Requested** | You asked for changes; the creator is working on them. |
| **Approved** | You approved it. |

### The actions menu

* **Chat with creator** — open the project chat.
* **Edit video details** — update the video brief, until a creator joins and accepts it.
* **Change creator** — see [Resolve a problem with a creator](https://help.stllr.network/en/brands/videos/creator-issues.md).
* **Reshoot request** — ask for changes.
* **Rate** — rate the creator after the video is approved.

## The video page

Select a video to open its page. It shows:

* **Timeline** — the phases of this video: **Creator onboarding**, **Scripting**, **Shipment** (only if a product is involved), **Filming**, **Reshooting**, and **Approved**.
* **Video requirements** — the type, duration, platform, format, language, tone, and payout details.
* **Instructions, references, assets, and SKUs** — the video brief.
* **Estimated SLAs** — days left for the creator to submit the script and the video, plus product delivery.
* **Creator** — who is assigned. For shipped products, it also shows the creator's shipping address once they confirm it.
* **Script** and **Video** — what the creator submitted, with their status.
* **Product delivery** — tracking link and product status.
* **Chat** — talk to the creator. See [Chat with your creators](https://help.stllr.network/en/brands/videos/chat-with-creators.md).

## Video status

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Pending** | Waiting for a creator or the brief. |
| **Started** | A creator is assigned and working. |
| **Finished** | The video is approved. |

## Notifications

You receive notifications when a creator joins, submits a script or video, and when action is needed from you. Check your notification settings in **Settings → Notifications**. See [Settings overview](https://help.stllr.network/en/brands/account/settings.md).

## Frequently asked questions

> [accordion] What do the estimated SLAs mean?
>
> They show how many days the creator has left to submit the script and the video. They are estimates, not guarantees. Creators have 7 days to upload a video from assignment, or from the moment they receive the product.

> [accordion] The status has not changed for days.
>
> Open the chat and ask the creator for an update. If there is no response, see [Resolve a problem with a creator](https://help.stllr.network/en/brands/videos/creator-issues.md).

> [accordion] Can my team members see the campaign?
>
> Yes. Team members have access to all your campaigns. See [Manage your team](https://help.stllr.network/en/brands/account/team-members.md).
