# Invite managers to your team

> Managers help run your agency on Stllr. They can manage creators, assign them to videos, and deliver videos.

Managers help run your agency on Stllr. They can manage creators, assign them to videos, and deliver videos. Only the agency owner can invite or remove managers.

> **Managers show as Account Manager in the app**

> When you invite a manager, the app labels the role **Account Manager**. On these help pages we call them **managers**.

## What managers can and can't do

## Invite a manager

1. Go to [**Settings**](https://app.stllr.network/settings) and open the **Users** tab.
2. Click **Add new member**.
3. Select **Account Manager**.
4. Enter the person's email.
5. Click **Invite**.

The person gets an invitation email. They show as **Invitation Pending** until they sign up with that same email. Then they join your team.

If the person already has a Stllr account, you can't add them by invitation. Contact [Stllr support](https://wa.me/15557032202) to add them to your team.

## Remove a manager

1. Go to [**Settings**](https://app.stllr.network/settings) and open the **Users** tab.
2. Click the delete icon next to the manager.
3. Confirm.

## Frequently asked questions

> [accordion] I don't see the Users tab in Settings.

> Only the agency owner sees the **Users** tab. If you are a manager, ask your agency owner to invite or remove team members.

> [accordion] My manager signed up but still shows as Invitation Pending.

> They must sign up with the exact email you invited. If they used a different email, remove the pending invitation and invite the email they signed up with.
