# Change the creator on a video

> Replace the creator on a video with another creator from your agency, any time before the video is approved.

You can replace the creator on a video with another creator from your agency, any time before the video is approved.

## Steps

1. Open the campaign and find the video.
2. Open the video's menu and click **Change Creator**.
3. Pick a reason and click **Submit**.
4. Pick another creator from your list and click **Send request** on their card.
5. Confirm.

The new creator is assigned right away.

> If you close the list without picking a creator, the video no longer has a creator. It goes back to the available videos, and anyone can take it.
